Tommie Vaughn Ford will be giving away (4) sets of (2) tickets to the Hannah Montana concert at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo scheduled for March 9, 2008. These tickets qualify the winner for entry into the Tommie Vaughn Ford Suite for the concert. (parking and refreshments not included)

How to enter

• Registration begins 03/01/2008 approximately 8 a.m. central time.
• Registration ends 03/08/2008 between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. central time.
• Go to www.tommievaughnford.com to printout the entry form.
• Take the completed entry form to Tommie Vaughn Ford 1201 N. Shepherd Houston TX. 77008 and drop it into the entry box.
• Limit one entry per person.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Winner selection and notification

• The drawing winners will be announced Saturday 03/08/08 between 2 p.m and 4 p.m on 100.3 KILT radio and posted on www.tommievaughnford.com
• Entrants need not be present to win.
• Winners will be selected by random drawing from entries received.
• Winners will also be contacted by phone. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 2 days, an alternate will be selected.

• HOW TO ENTER

  • The Tommie Vaughn Ford Rodeo Night Giveaway contest will begin on 03/01/2008 at approximately 8:00 a.m. Central time (CT) and end 03/08/2008 between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Central Time (CT).
  • To participate in the contest, participants may log on to the Tommie Vaughn Ford website, www.tommievaughnford.com to printout the entry form.. All entry forms must be completed and delivered to Tommie Vaughn Ford 1201 N. Shepherd Houston TX. 77008.
  • Limit one entry per person.

• ELIGIBILITY INSTRUCTIONS

  • The contest is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older. Employees of Tommie Vaughn Ford and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win.
  • Winners will be required to show valid photo identification to claim prize.
  • Contestants are required to provide truthful information and the Dealership will reject and delete any entry that is discovered to be false or fraudulent.

• PRIZES

  • (4) Sets of (2) tickets to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo on March 9, 2008. These tickets are for admission into the Tommie Vaughn Ford Suite. (Parking & refreshments not included)
  • Approximate retail value: 2 tickets $70
  • There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, solely at its discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash due to prize unavailability or where required by law. The prizes are expressly limited to the items above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expense. Other restrictions may apply.

• WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

  • Decisions of Tommie Vaughn Ford management with respect to the contest are final.

  • Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

• CONDITIONS

  • Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
  • Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, Tommie Vaughn Ford in its sole discretion may require contest winners to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the dealership, the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
  • Tommie Vaughn Ford reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of Tommie Vaughn Ford, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed, cancelled, or has a change of venue, Tommie Vaughn Ford reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
  • Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification, solely at the discretion of Tommie Vaughn Ford.
