On 7 September, I had an accident at N. Durham and 13th, at the northwest corner of your dealership. So I hobbled over to new cars and my car was towed to your collision shop. Brenda Shepko took care of me, and I want to share my experience. USAA wanted to “total” my car on a Friday afternoon, but Monday morning, Brenda had done her magic, and the adjuster signed off on the repairs. After two supplementals, and three weeks-my car was finished and I was back in the saddle!
Brenda’s “we can fix that-no problem” and her supportive, encouraging smile transformed what was a depressing incident to a minor bump in the road for me. The care taken by Tommie Vaughn Motors-and the many whose names I do not know, took the time and diligence to be certain that not just the obvious damage was noted. When I got my keys back three weeks later, there was no sign of damage. The bodywork and paint job matched better than off the showroom floor, AND the car was washed, cleaned and glistening. One never wants to have the need, but Tommie Vaughn Motors staff will meet the need for repair work.

Big hats off to the Body Shop...had a minor owie to my 09 Escape...the process was seamless...I was SO happy that State Farm has certified the shop. Three phone calls and one estimate and my claim was ready. I was promised completion in 3 days...it was actually 2! Everyone was professional and kind...so rare in most businesses these days. My car was washed and clean inside and out...I would swear it was detailed! Please pass my complements to the team. It just so happened to be my birthday too...I appreciated the note and personal call from Don Stokley. I plan to attend a Sync seminar soon. I can’t thank you enough for fixing my blue Ford Fusion Friday. After moving to Houston last weekend, I’m sure you understand how tight money is. It was incredibly kind to convince “your guys” to fix my car so quickly and not to charge me. I know that my husband(who promptly forgave me and who also owns a Ford) and I will use you for our auto needs as long as we live here. The kindness of you and all of the other Tommie Vaughn staff made a bad situation much less painful. Thank you and God Bless!
I was involved in an accident (minor) in March, which was not my fault and was given several locations to choose from by State Farm to take my Murano to be fixed. I chose Tommie Vaughn because I know how awesome the Janke’s are! I just wanted to send an email to you to also let you know how awesome your employees are as well. Daniel Valverde was such a professional from start to completion of the 10 days it took to repair my Murano. It actually runs better than before the accident. I was given a Ford Escape to drive for those 10 days and I must say, I liked it and so did my 14 year old daughter who said, “Mom can I get one of these when I get to drive”? I didn’t have your Dad’s email address but if you could forward this to him as well, I would appreciate it. Just wanted to let you guys know what a great place Tommie Vaughn Ford is and I will be telling everyone I know, to take their vehicles there if they ever need repair!
